CURIUM intervened in a microelectronics factory to decontaminate a production area.
The soil and some equipment were contaminated with arsenic, gallium and indium.
The decontamination was monitored by taking surface samples and then measured with an FX spectrometer. Measurements were carried out before and after the decontamination operations to validate the decontamination.
