Today, we're looking for a Testing and Experimentation Project Manager who can act as a link between our industrial customers, our laboratory and regulatory requirements.

🎯 What you will actually do

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks :

  • Manage and organize test and experimentation projects from R&D through to pilot production (assistance in setting up projects, planning, scheduling, operating and quality documentation, materials, subcontracting, etc.),
  • Help set up the project team (chemical, process, radiation protection and waste engineering, analytical laboratory)
  • Coordinate and supervise teams from CURIUM and its subcontractors, both in design and implementation,
  • Ensure compliance with our Q3SERP policy,
  • Control costs and deadlines,
  • Ensure regular reporting
  • Monitor operational productivity,
  • Lead project meetings,
  • Customer relations and relations with institutional partners,
  • Manage project invoicing,
  • Business controlling.

🧪 An environment like no other

You will be working in chemical and/or radiological environments, on high-stakes projects:

  • Decontamination, safety, waste and effluent treatment, dismantling...
  • Interventions at our Montagny site (69), but also occasionally at our customers' sites in France and abroad (Europe, Africa, Asia).

Profile and skills

👤 The ideal profile (maybe it's you)

  • We're looking for a dynamic professional with a degree in Chemistry (Bac to Bac+3 to Bac+5).
  • 5 years' similar experience is desirable.
  • Skills in analytical chemistry, radiation protection and radioactive waste management would be a plus.
  • This position requires rigor, autonomy and pedagogy.
  • You will be able to adopt a questioning approach, demonstrate technical curiosity, and make the most of your writing skills.
  • On arrival, you'll be offered a training course to help you get to grips with the job.
  • And, the icing on the dosimeter: the desire to join a close-knit team that takes concrete action to protect people and the environment.
