📌 Job description:

Your role will be to implement CURIUM study and worksite projects in chemical, bacteriological, asbestos and potentially radiological contexts, from the expression of the customer's need, the technical and commercial offer you will draw up, right through to completion, which you will supervise. After a period of training in the various risks associated with work in these fields, your role will be to :

  • Manage a business portfolio and develop it through prospecting,
  • Identify customer needs and requirements,
  • Write technical and commercial offers with the help of the technical departments,
  • Present and negotiate bids,
  • Ensure administrative management of your business and invoicing in conjunction with the sales assistant,
  • Manage projects by coordinating the technical and human resources to be assigned to the project, in liaison with the operational department,
  • Manage project progress and follow-up,
  • Customer relations,
  • Manage teams at Curium and its subcontractors,
  • Guarantee project budgets and profitability,
  • Ensure that quality, health and safety policies are applied,
  • Participate in defining the sales action plan,
  • Play an active role in the company's development in the conventional field, in the areas of decontamination/dismantling/waste management (including on-site pre-treatment),
  • Participate in company strategy.
  • Lastly, you will take part in response to chemical incidents as part of an on-call service.

These services are provided at our customers' sites in Europe, Africa and Asia.

Profile and skills

📌 Profile :

With a background in chemical engineering, supplemented by training or experience in sales, you have experience in business management.

Rigorous, autonomous, inquisitive, available to travel, able to make proposals and negotiate, excellent interpersonal skills, you quickly adapt to our customers' businesses and processes.

As a manager, you will supervise teams from within the company or from subcontractors.

Your English is fluent (written and spoken) and ideally you have a good command of another language.

Benefits

📌 Salary :

Salary over 13 months, salary level according to experience.

Inter-company savings plan (amount depends on personal and company performance) + travel bonus system.

This item includes a mutual insurance company and a supplementary pension known as Article 83 (extra-conventional in addition to the supplementary executive pension).
